We are currently experiencing a significant local network outage affecting 4G in the following localities: Armidale 2350, Black Mountain 2365, Donald Creek 2350, Dumaresq 2350, Duval 2350, Puddledock 2350, Tilbuster 2350.
The issue stemmed from Telstra Network (Hardware/Software/Config), impacting approximately 6661 services. Our response team is working with Telstra Wholesale to restore services as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
