We are continuing to experience a significant local network outage affecting 4G in the following localities: Airlie Beach 4802, Cape Conway 4800, Coral Sea 4800, Flametree 4802, Jubilee Pocket 4802, Mandalay 4802, Mount Rooper 4802, Shute Harbour 4802, Whitsundays 4802.

The issue stemmed from Telstra Network (Hardware/Software/Config), impacting approximately 1701 services. Our response team is working with Telstra Wholesale to restore services as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
