We are continuing to experience a significant local network outage affecting 4G in the following localities: Boco 2631, Glen Allen 2631, Holts Flat 2631, Mount Cooper 2631, Myalla 2630, Nimmitabel 2631, Rock Flat 2630, Springfield 2250, Springfield 2630, Steeple Flat 2631, Winifred 2631.

The issue stemmed from Telstra Network (Hardware/Software/Config), impacting approximately 1217 services. Our response team is working with Telstra Wholesale to restore services as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
